LOCH SEAFORTH approaches the berth at Ullapool ready for us to board for a round trip to Stornoway.
As we sailed out, VIKING SKY was heading in to Ullapool.
Berthed in Stornoway was the second cruise ship of the day, the AMBIENCE.
On the slip at Stornoway was a new build ferry/workboat – no name and the yard had been closed down during the build.

A former supply vessel, the BAKKANES arrives at Ullapool ahead of us as we are inward bound.

We decided on a short detour on the way home to go via a few hours in Oban. At anchor off Lismore was the BONTRUP AMSTERDAM, waiting to berth at Glensanda.

Passing Paull just before midday, the ROTRA FUTURA bound for Alexandra dock jetty…
… and after a quick dash, off King George dock and turning for the berth. She is the first of two, her sister is due here in a few days.
